The Courses of the PhD Programme are the following: Business, States and Globalization (20 hours); Governance institutions and Regulation in a Globalized World (4 hours); Digital transformation and Constitutional Challenges: Changing Legal Categories (4 hours); Key issues in Corporate Law (5 hours); Corporate governance, sustainability and non-financial reporting (8 hours); Corporate Responses to Climate Change (8 hours); Sustainable Innovation (6 hours); The structure and the processes of organizing - Organizing for sustainability (6 hours); ESG and financial performance: European Directive CSRD, ISSB and the future of sustainability information (6 hours); ESG criteria in the framework of Banking and Financial Law (3 hours); Gender Representation in Political Institutions: Strategies, Challenges, and Global Perspectives (5 hours); Digital transformation and sustainable development (6 hours); Principles of public Environmental law (5 hours).
The above-mentioned courses are complemented by two transdisciplinary courses: Research Methods (8 hours) and Introduction to Research (20 hours), that aim at providing the essential tools for research methodology and the distinction between different scientific approaches.
